Setelah marah dengan Bibi Marge dan secara tidak sengaja menyebabkan dia mengembang secara ajaib, Harry Potter melarikan diri dari keluarga Dursley. Harry mengambil Bus Ksatria ke The Leaky Cauldron, di mana ia bertemu Cornelius Fudge, Menteri Sihir. Fudge memberi tahu Harry bahwa Bibi Marge telah dikempiskan dan bahwa ia tidak akan dihukum.
